Wine Tasting Fundraiser

On November 12, 2025 P.S. You're My Hero held a Wine Tasting Fundraiser at Andy's Wine Bar in Port Huron. The fundraiser was incredibly successful as well as a ton of fun!

Several wonderful gift baskets were donated as well as a cash raffle by Women's Life. Thank you to all who donated. The event was sponsored by Andy's Wine Bar, Casey's Restaurant and Ameriscapes of Yale. Without you, this event would not have been possible.

P.S. You’re My Hero Flower Toss

On Wednesday, April 9, 2024 P.S. You're My Hero hosted a flower toss at Kiefer Park on the St. Clair River. This annual event is held to honor victims of crime.

This year during Victim's Awareness Week, P.S. You're My Hero provided gift bags to those who have been a victim of crime.

For this event, the flowers were donated by Sandy Sanderson Schultz in honor of her son Joshua Conant. Joshua and all victims of crime were honored as we tossed flowers into the St. Clair River.

Sandy shared these thoughts:
"Joshua Conant, your mom says this all the time...Where there is deep love there is deep grief...until the day I'm with you in heaven, I love you Bud"

5k run finish line

10 Year Anniversary
5K Run / 2 Mile Walk
 

On September 15, 2024 P.S. You’re My Hero hosted the 10 YEAR Anniversary of our 5K Run / 2 Mile Walk in honor of Paul Skinner who died saving his wife’s life during an attack against them.

Proceeds from the event directly support Victims of Crime in St. Clair County. Thank you to our wonderful sponsors for making this event possible!
 
Tasting

Bubbly and Bags Fundraiser

This champagne tasting fundraiser was hosted by P.S. You're My Hero on February 13, 2025. This was a wonderfully successful (and FUN) event. Thank you to all who participated and donated. All proceeds directly benefit victims of crime in St. Clair County. 
National crimes victims week 2

National Crime Victims' Rights Week

Every April, the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) leads communities throughout the country in their annual observances of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW). Through NCVRW we honor crime victims and survivors, recognize the professionals and volunteers who provide critical services to victims of crime, and raise awareness about crime victims’ rights and services. NCVRW will be commemorated April 21–27, 2024.


P.S. You’re My Hero recognizes this week with a flower toss as well as other ways to honor victims and their families.
